Oil-Free Fries

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Wash and cut potatoes into potato sticks. If you want an authentic "fries" look, slant the end cut. 3. Sprinkle with the seasonings and toss to combine. 4. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 20 minutes. Then flip them around and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 5. Remove, let cool, and enjoy! 6. NOTE For extra crispiness, place the potato sticks in a colander and let the liquid drain out of them for an hour, then toss with seasoning and bake. 7. Enjoy on their own, or with Clean Ketchup (Page 30)! Vegan Cauliflower Crust Pizza
